I have a Sony VIAO VGN-CR120E (PCG-5G-3L model is in the background.) I bought in August 2007 when I started school. Recently I discovered Windows Service Pack 1 (KB936330) not installed, when I try to install code 80,070,002 error. I followed the instructions from Microsoft to resolve the problem.
